*Sony Fraud to Customer

I bought a Sony digital Camera with video function yesterday. And I found a problem that its voice was very tiny, today I go to Sony Store. They told me that the camera’s voice is very tiny indeed, because all cameras of this type have the same problem so we regret that we can’t give you exchange for the same item or for a different item.
